Position: Customer Care Representative
Location: Bolingbrook, IL
This position is responsible for answering customer questions regarding membership, product availability, shipment status and billing questions that are received via telephone, live chat and email. Must be computer and Internet literate and possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Draft responses to live chat sessions in a multiple session environment with professional and grammatically correct answers.
- Answer phone calls with positive upbeat manner. Quickly determine the reason for the call and respond within guidelines established by the company.
- Answer all emails using templates provided as well as customizing as appropriate using correct spelling and grammar.
- Make appropriate outbound calls to respond to customer inquiries and to maintain customer account information.
- Be able to multi-task within the above functions.
Requirements:
- 2 years experience in a fast paced call center environment.
- Excellent communications skills both oral and in writing.
- Both computer and Internet literate.
- Attentive to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Must be able to work flexible hours when required. May include both second shift and weekends.

Responsibilities:
- designing test cases for regression as well as new feature functional testing
- utilizing automation test tools for regression testing
- participating with development and program management during spec reviews to aid in designing test cases and set a test plan
- develop test strategies and plans
- usability testing, acceptance testing, and regression testing on a variety of supported browsers
- able to perform database queries to validate data integrity and accuracy
- utilize defect tracking software to record and track bugs/issues
- work closely with developers in defect resolution
- assist in researching customer problem reports relating to our service
Responsibilities:
- 3+ years software hands-on quality assurance testing
- 2+ years creating and writing test plans and test scripts
- Experience with defect tracking systems and other software life cycle management tools (Jira)
