These shoes are in overall great condition. The uppers and heels are clean, however there is a small scuff on the side of the left shoe. The outsoles show minimal signs of wear, and do not appear to have been worn outdoors. The insoles are clean. They ship with an additional set of heel tips, a designer dust bag, and box. Please note that this style runs large; it is best to order it in a half to full size down. RETURN POLICY: Shoes may be returned in the condition received. They must be in the original box and/or packaging with the security tag attached.
