The Hermes Evelyne bag was originally designed in 1978 as an equestrian bag for carrying grooming equipment. It was named after Evelyne Bertrand, the head of the Hermes riding department during that time. This specific Hermes Evelyne was released as a part of the Spring 2014 Collection. It is crafted from exquisite Taurillon Clemence leather in the Izmir blue color with palladium-plated hardware. This is the third version of the Evelyne, which features an adjustable, detachable shoulder strap and back pocket. Stamped [ R ]. Made in 2014.
