Moderate darkening, scuffs, and marks throughout leather. Visible wear on central stripe. Moderate bubbling, scuffs, and marks on coated fabric. Missing one loop handle from top. Second loop handle is broken through, but still in-tact on one side. Two studs missing from bottom left brass corner. One brass closure has been replaced. Moderate scuffs, pitting, and tarnishing on all hardware. Visible marks and scuffs throughout interior. The original owner had the initials MNH monogrammed on the top. Please note: This is a vintage Goyard trunk from the 1930s. It was originally designed for transport. Any flaws are characteristic to the beauty of use and genuine tradition of the design.

This exceptional Goyard wardrobe trunk is a true collector’s piece, produced circa the 1930s. It features a structured wooden frame covered in hand-painted Goyardine fabric, a coated blend of linen and cotton. The exterior of the trunk is trimmed in rich brown leather secured with brass fixtures. The design is closed by four latches and a central key lock. The interior includes five trays, a removable hardsided suitcase, a garment bag, and seven hangers. Founded in 1792 as a box-making, trunk-making, and packing house, this Goyard trunk embodies the true heritage and timeless elegance of the brand. Trunk weighs approx. 60lbs.
