Born in the 1930's, the Diamante pattern features a distinct cross-cross pattern produced by small adjacent diamond figures. As a precursor to the trademark GG pattern, this design brings a touch of elegance to a variety of handbags and small leather goods. This specific Diamante Sukey is a limited edition piece, produced in 2011. Gucci donated 25% of all proceeds in the original purchase of this bag to UNICEF.
