The 'Les Tuileries' pattern was first created in 1990 by Joachim Metz. Les Tuileries is a public garden located between the Louvre Museum and the Place de la Concorde in Paris. The gilded design of this scarf is a fanciful interpretation of the gardens complete with a central statue of Renommee riding Pegasus, which is located at the west entrance of the park.
