Romeo and Domenico Pollini started Pollini at the turn of the century as a family of shoemakers in San Mauro Pascoli, a small coastal town in Italy. Pollini spent the first half of the century making quality shoes, even producing them for soldiers in WWI.

Expansion quickly took off in the 1950's, and hasn't slowed since. Over the decades Pollini has collaborated with Bruno Magli, Gucci, Alberta Ferretti, Narciso Rodriguez, Moschino and many other designers.

From their current headquarters in Gatteo, Italy, Pollini continues to create incredible shoes, as well as fashion-forward bags, accessories, sunglasses and clothing using the highest Italian standards of materials, craftsmanship and decades of design intelligence.
