Every item in our collection is certified authentic and goes through a rigorous 10-point refurbishing process before we send it to you, so you can be assured it will arrive in like-new condition.

WE WANT YOU TO LOVE IT. If you are not happy with an item you rent from us, you can receive a refund or credit if the item is returned to UPS and the return label barcode is scanned within 2 business days of receiving the item. If it is beyond 2 business days, please contact us, and we will issue you a credit that you can apply towards future membership fees, rentals or purchases.
Avelle will gladly accept outlet returns for Avelle store credit within 14 days of receipt, provided the Avelle 'certified authentic' tag is still attached to the item. All Outlet returns will be in the form of Avelle store credit only. No credit card refunds. Customers are responsible for return shipping and insurance. Original shipping fee is non-refundable.There are no refunds or credits for merchandise returned after 14 days or without an attached tag. (Avelle is not responsible for returns sent outside of this policy.)
