Sex and the City Movie Premiere Sweepstakes OFFICIAL RULES

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY; ENTRY INSTRUCTIONS.

No purchase or payment of any money is necessary to enter. A purchase will not improve the chances of winning. To enter the promotion, you may either: (1) enter automatically by borrowing an accessory between April 1 and May 9, 2008, according to the terms and conditions of the member agreement available at www.BagBorrowOrSteal.com/ui/termsandconditions; (2) enter by taking the SATC quiz available at www.BagBorrowOrSteal.com/SATC; or (3) send a postcard with your name, email, phone number and address to Bag Borrow or Steal, c/o SATC Sweepstakes, 1118 Post Avenue, Seattle, WA 98101. Multiple entries are permitted. This promotion begins at 11:01PM Eastern Time("ET") on April 1, 2008 and ends at 11:59PM Eastern Time on May 9 2008. All entries for a given drawing must be received during this promotional period.

2. ELIGIBILITY:

In order to be eligible, participants must be (i) 18 years of age or older; and (ii) a legal resident of the 50 United States, including Washington, D.C. Employees and immediate family members of the Bag Borrow or Steal are not eligible to participate in this promotion. Void where prohibited.

3. PRIZES:

One (1) grand prize winner will receive:

• Two tickets to the premiere of the Sex and the City Movie
• Two domestic round-trip airline tickets to New York
• One hotel room for a two night hotel stay in New York City
• Transportation to and from the Sex and the City The Movie premiere
• $500 in spending money for meals and incidentals
• A $500 borrowing credit to Bag Borrow or Steal

The total approximate retail value of the prize package described above is US $3,500.

Five (5) secondary prize winners will receive a Sex and the City the Movie prize package which will include:

• A Sex and the City The Movie poster
• A Sex and the City The Movie T-Shirt
• A Sex and the City the Movie Soundtrack
• Four (4) movie tickets to a local screening of Sex and the City The Movie
• A $100 borrowing credit to Bag Borrow or Steal

The total approximate retail value of each of the Semi-Finalist prize packages is US $200.

4. DRAWING:

Each winner will be selected by a random chance drawing. The chances of winning depend upon the number of entries received. The Sponsor will notify each winner by e-mail and/or by telephone at the email address and phone number provided on the entry form, or if you were entered automatically, the e-mail address associated with your Bag Borrow or Steal account, in each case no later than five (5) days following the drawing. The Sponsor is not responsible for any delay or failure to receive notification for any reason, including inactive email account(s), technical difficulties associated therewith, or a winner’s failure to adequately monitor any email account. Each winner must then respond to the Sponsor within forty-eight hours (48) hours. Should a winner fail to respond to the Sponsor, the Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify that winner and select a new one in a second-chance random drawing. Winners may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and a publicity release that will allow the Sponsor to use the winner’s name, photograph, likeness, voice, prize information, and biographical information for publicity and promotional purposes without further compensation where permitted by law. Except where prohibited, participation in the promotion constitutes participant’s consent to the Sponsor’s use of participant’s name, likeness, voice, opinions, biographical information, hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration. Individuals may request the name of the winner by submitting a self-addressed stamped envelope to Bag Borrow or Steal c/o SATC Sweepstakes Winner at 1118 Post Avenue, Seattle, WA 98101. Vermont residents may omit stamp.

5. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION:

By submitting an entry for this promotion, you agree to abide by these rules and any decision the Sponsor makes regarding this promotion, which the Sponsor shall make in its sole discretion. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify and prosecute to the fullest extent permitted by law any participant or winner who, in the Sponsor’s reasonable suspicion, tampers with the Sponsor site, the entry process, intentionally submits more than a single entry, violates these rules, or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
