1. No Purchase Necessary; Entry Instructions:
No purchase or payment of any money is necessary to enter. A purchase will not improve the chances of winning. To enter the promotion, you may either: (1) enter automatically by borrowing an accessory during an "Eligibility Period" as set forth in Section 7, according to the terms and conditions of the member agreement available at www.bagborroworsteal.com/ui/termsandconditions; or (2) send a postcard with your name, email, phone number and mailing address to Bag Borrow or Steal, c/o SATC Giveaway, 1118 Post Avenue, Seattle, WA 98101. One entry per individual. Submission of multiple entries during any given Eligibility Period will result in disqualification from the promotion. This promotion begins at 12:00 am PT on September 25, 2008 and ends at 11:59 pm PT on October 31, 2008. All entries for a given drawing must be received during the Eligibility Period for that drawing.

2. Eligibility:
In order to be eligible, participants must be (i) 18 years of age or older; and (ii) a legal resident of the 50 United States, including Washington, D.C. Employees and immediate family members of the Bag Borrow or Steal are not eligible to participate in this promotion. Void where prohibited.

3. Prize:
One-hundred (100) winners will receive a Sex and the City, The Movie DVD. The retail value of the prize is $34.98. No substitution, assignment or transfer of the prize is permitted, except by Sponsor, who has the right to substitute a prize with another of comparable or greater value. Winner is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with the receipt and/or use of the prize.

4. Drawing:
The winners will be selected in a series of random chance drawing. The chances of winning depend upon the number of entries received. The Sponsor will notify each winner by mailing their prize to the mailing address associated with the entrant’s Bag Borrow or Steal account, or the mailing address specified on the applicable postcard. The Sponsor is not responsible for any delay or failure to receive notification for any reason, technical difficulties associated with delivery, or a winner’s failure to adequately monitor their mailing address. Except where prohibited, participation in the promotion constitutes participant's consent to the Sponsor's use of participant's name, likeness, voice, opinions, biographical information, hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration. Individuals may request the name(s) of the winners by submitting a self-addressed stamped envelope to Bag Borrow or Steal c/o SATC Giveaway Winners at 1118 Post Avenue, Seattle, WA 98101. Vermont residents may omit stamp. Prizes will be awarded in a number of individual drawings. Each drawing will be considered a separate sweepstakes drawing. The relevant sweepstakes entry periods are as follows: Each entry will be eligible for only one drawing.

This promotion and the rights and obligations of the Sponsor and participants will be governed by and controlled by the laws of the State of Washington, applicable to contracts made and performed therein without reference to the applicable choice of law provisions. All actions, proceedings or litigation relating hereto will be instituted and prosecuted solely within the State of Washington, King County. The parties consent to the jurisdiction of the state courts of Washington and federal court located with such state and county with respect to any action, dispute or other matter pertaining to or arising out of this promotion.
