If you are not happy with an item you rent from us, you can receive a refund or credit if the item is returned to UPS and the return label barcode is scanned within 2 business days of receiving the item. If it is beyond 2 business days, please contact us, and we will issue you a credit that you can apply towards future membership fees, rentals or purchases.

Avelle will gladly accept Outlet returns within 14 days of purchase, provided the Avelle "Certified Authentic" tag is still attached to the item. There are no refunds or credits for merchandise returned after 14 days or without an attached tag. Customers are responsible for return shipping and insurance expenses.
